The position requires occasional walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting/carrying work related items weighing less than 40 pounds, such as books, papers and presentation materials. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Attendance at conferences and professional development is required. Work involves everyday risks and discomforts which require normal safety precautions when operating equipment or performing job duties. May work prolonged or irregular hours and must be able to maintain emotional control under stress.

- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting using quantitative and/or qualitative methods
- Minimum of 3 years experience designing and administering surveys for research, evaluation, or organizational improvement purposes
- Minimum of 3 years experience developing dashboards or data visualizations to communicate findings to leadership or stakeholders
- Experience in an educational setting or public sector organization preferred
- Experience with statistical software such as SPSS, R, STATA, or comparable programs
- Proficiency with Qualtrics or comparable enterprise survey platforms, including survey design, workflow automation, and dashboard reporting
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable software
- Knowledge of survey methodology, research design, and program evaluation principles
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical data use practices (FERPA)
- Knowledge of K-12 education systems, accountability structures, and continuous improvement frameworks preferred
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and build positive working relationships
